How long is the average shipping time?＋
For U.S based orders, each shirt is individually printed, typically within 2-6 days and then shipped. Average shipping time is an additional 3-7 days. There can be delays due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In event of any substantial delay, please contact us with your order number.
What is your refund policy?＋
In event of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, The Basic Life Shoppe offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the form on our contact page and be sure to include your order number. There is no need to return the product.
Are these designs really human made?＋
You bet! Our basic website was even designed by humans as well. Call us old fashioned.
How do the shirts fit?＋
All of our shirts are Unisex 100% cotton and typically run true to size. We include a sizing chart for every shirt and strongly encourage reviewing the chart before any purchase.
We also recommend running shirts though a washer and dryer cycle for a more snug fit.
