Shipping policy

Production time — Every item at The Basic Life Shoppe is made to order through a print-on-demand production process. That means we don't keep finished stock on a shelf — production starts once you place your order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships; this can vary a bit by product type (apparel, headwear, decals).

Shipping time — Once production is complete, standard shipping typically takes an additional 3–7 business days within the United States, and longer for international destinations. Total time from order to delivery is usually production time plus shipping time. These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays can happen, especially around holidays.

Shipping costs — Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location, the items in your cart, and the shipping method selected. You'll see the exact cost before you complete your purchase.

Order tracking — Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it to your door.

Multiple items, multiple packages — Because different products may be produced at different facilities, orders with multiple items can sometimes arrive in separate packages, at different times. This is normal and doesn't mean anything is missing — each package ships as soon as that item is ready.

International orders — We're able to ship to a number of international destinations depending on the product. International orders may take longer to arrive and may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country, which are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the checkout price.
